Suzanne “Sue” M. Slyfield, 58, of Fort Wayne, passed away at her home in Fort Wayne. Sue was born on May 9, 1965 in Wood Dale, Illinois, a daughter of the late John and Mildred (Jones) Dyer. Sue enjoyed going to concerts and fishing. She is survived by a daughter, Amanda Ford; grandson, Fayt Ford; siblings, Arnold (Joyce) Dyer, Loretta Falgout; Butch (Rose) Dyer, and Chris (Shawn) Dyer; many nieces and nephews; She was preceded in death by son, Thomas John “TJ”; siblings, Judith Reisetter, Katherine Allen, Helen Dyer, Jake Dyer, Iva Dyer, and Kevin Dyer. Per Sue’s wishes, no services will be held.
