Sandra Kay Moore, 74, of Waterloo, died Monday September 6, 2021 at Parkview DeKalb Hospital in Auburn. Sandra was born September 9, 1946 in Indianapolis. Sandra was a program and trafficking manager in the television industry working at NBC, CBS and Fox stations throughout the country. She was a voice for victims of abuse and had started many abuse blogs. She also had a passion for fostering animals that needed a good home. She is survived by a daughter, Maria Davis of Green Bay, WI; sister, Debbie Grinstead of Auburn; grandsons, Nickolas Davis of Grand Junction, Colorado and Zackery Davis of Texas; six great grandchildren; niece, Gena Rodman of Auburn Michelle Hurt McClain of Fort Wayne; nephews Carl Grinstead IV of Palm Coast, Florida and Harry Hurt of Fort Wayne; and many other family members and friends of Sandra. She was preceded in death by her parents, Franklin Walter Hurt and Mary Alice Hurt; brother, Harry Hurt; sister, Jeannie; and a great granddaughter, Alesana. Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
