Ruby Jean Howard, 93, of Fort Wayne, died Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at Kingston Care Center in fort Wayne. Ruby was born March 1, 1937 in Whitesburg, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Hiram and Sarah Day. She is survived by two sons, Bill Howard of Albion and Mike Howard of Auburn. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kernie Howard. A private burial will be held in Christian Union Cemetery, Garrett.
