Richard "Huck" Harger Obituary

Richard E. “Huck” Harger, 73, of Hamilton, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2024 at Parkview DeKalb Hospital in Auburn. Huck was born July 2, 1950 in Garrett, a son of the late Raymond and Eileen Harger. Huck was a self-employed owner operator truck driver for 30 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his life partner, Chris Workman; children, Bryan Sprague, Shannon Naus, and Joie Wroblewski; sister, Marilyn Presley; brother, Mac Harger; grandchildren, Braydi Naus, Bryanna Sprague, Kobie Naus and Jason “JJ” Wroblewski; great grandchildren, Koen Curran and Amiya Alleshouse. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Gloria Houlton.  A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024 from 12-2 p.m. at the Hamilton Fish & Game Club 110 W. Railroad Street, Hamilton. Memorial donations may be made to Hamilton Fish & Game Club. Arrangements by Pinnington Funeral & Cremation Services 502 N. Main Street, Auburn.
