Richard Esseltine Obituary

Richard Esseltine, of Colon MI, died Sunday, July 5th, 2020, at the Laurels of DeKalb in Butler, IN. Richard was born May 31, 1945 in Sturgis MI, the son of the late William and Edna Esseltine. He is survived by his two sons Ray and Rex Esseltine, also from Colon. His nephew Brett Esseltine, of Burr Oak, MI. Richard was preceded in death by his brother Bill Esseltine; nephew Kurt Esseltine; and daughter-in-law Dawn Esseltine.

Richard was an avid deer hunter and shared his love for the sport with his sons and friends. He also enjoyed going to Butler Motor Speedway to watch the races every weekend.
