Raymond E. Rowe

Raymond E. Rowe, 76, of Garrett, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 25, 2025 at Kendallville Manor in Kendallville, Indiana. Mr. Rowe was born on March 28, 1949 in Auburn, Indiana to Forrest & Ellen (Snyder) Rowe. Raymond enjoyed watching historical documentaries and learning about Native American tribes and traditions. He also enjoyed 60’s classic rock music and collecting vintage items. He is survived by his daughters, Stephanie (Tim) Duzan of Fort Wayne and Amanda (Tom) Brown of Garrett; two granddaughters, Ashley Jacobs and Madison Jacobs. He is also survived by three brothers, Randy Rowe, Ralph “Dave” Rowe, and Rudy Rowe along with four sisters, Rita Brown, Ronda (Ricky) Maggert, Shawn Kimmel and Chelsie (Kris) Tadsen. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Ricky Rowe and Ronald “Jim” Rowe. A funeral service for Raymond will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 7 p.m. with visitation two hours prior from 5-7p.m. at Pinnington Funeral and Cremation Services 502 N. Main Street, Auburn. Burial will be held in Christian Union Cemetery in Garrett. Memorial donation in Raymond’s honor may be made to DeKalb Humane Society.
