Marcia C Casey

Marcia C. Casey, age 76, of Auburn, Indiana, passed away peacefully on July 30, 2025. Born on September 4, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Guy and Marcella (Ratts) Meyer of Butler, Indiana.

A proud member of the Eastside High School Class of 1966, she graduated from Manchester College with a bachelor’s degree in education, and received her master’s degree from St. Francis University.  Marcia returned to her alma mater as an educator, dedicating 41 years to teaching and shaping generations of students with her wisdom, patience, and deep love of learning. Her legacy in the classroom remains etched in the hearts of those she taught and mentored.

Marcia was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kenneth Darrell Casey. She is survived by her son, Bruce Pullen of Auburn, who was the joy of her life.

Marcia had a deep love for reading and education. In honor of her passion, memorial contributions may be made to the Butler Public Library or the Children's First Center.

Per her wishes, no services will be held at this time. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Pinnington Funeral & Cremation Services.
