Obituary

Lonnie K. Lewis, 56, of Ashley, died Sunday, March 12, 2023 at Parkview Regional Center in Fort Wayne. Lonnie was born January 11, 1967 in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Lonnie had worked at Multimatic in Butler and was also a semi-professional wrestler. He attended Grace Community Church in Bryan, Ohio. Lonnie had a great sense of humor and enjoyed reading, music, good food and Star Wars. He also had great interest in the Civil War and had visited Gettysburg several times. He is survived by his wife Michelle Lewis of Ashley; mother, Linda Holloway of Pratville, Michigan; brother, Rusty Lewis of Indian River, Michigan; sister, Dakota Bixler of Midland, Michigan; step-sons, Ethan Scully of Kendallville and Adam Scully of Angola; step-daughter, Ashleigh (Jason) Scully-Loveday of Knoxville, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his father, Willis Lewis; sister, Kim Lewis; niece, Candace Lewis. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Grace Community Church 206 W. Bement Street Bryan, Ohio. Pastor Nate Petrosky will be officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Diabetes Research Institute or Gettysburg Foundation.
