Jimmie Robbins Obituary

Jimmie Dean Robbins, 79, of New Haven, died Thursday, December 29, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family. Jimmie was born February 21, 1943 in New Castle, IN, a son of the late Macy and Emma (Wolfenbarger) Robbins. Jimmie was a veteran of the United States Navy receiving the rank of Boatswain Mate 3rd Class. Jimmie was a member of the Pequannah Muzzle Loaders Club. Jimmie started his career as a journeyman mold maker and then later as an industrial tool salesman. He married his wife Karen (Kersey) Robbins on May 28, 1966 and she survives in New Haven; he is also survived by two daughters, Dana (Mark Wappes) Robbins of Auburn and Christa (John) Ison of Lynn; grandchildren, Lacey, Cody, Lindsey, Gage, and Quaid; ten great-grandchildren. A private family service will be held.
