Daniel L Farver

Daniel L. Farver, 64, of Ashley, died Sunday, September 10, 2023 at his home. Daniel was born October 15, 1958 in Auburn. Daniel was a 1976 graduate of DeKalb High School and enjoyed growing up on his family’s farm. He then worked at his family’s business, Farver Construction. Daniel was a member of Auburn Church of the Nazarene. He also liked Batman, Star Trek and playing the guitar. He is survived by his wife, Mary Farver of Ashley; daughters, Rachel Kissinger of Columbia City, Susan Farver of Angola, Rose Hodo of Tekonsha, Michigan and Deborah Jewett of Bronson, Michigan; brothers and sister-in-law, Robert and Jerilyn Farver of Ashley and Breck and Julie Farver of Waterloo; sister and brother-in-law, Pam and John Kissinger of Fowlerville, Michigan; 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Beverly (Stomm) Farver; and a son, Luke Marten. Funeral services will be held at       1 p.m. with visitation two hours prior from 11-1 p.m. on Monday, September 18, 2023 at Auburn Church of the Nazarene 2301 N. Main Street, Auburn. Rev. Doug Thomas will be officiating. Burial will be held in Circle Cemetery in Hudson. Memorial donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans.
