Calvin Stevens Obituary

Calvin W. Stevens, 68, of Auburn, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, May 25, 2025.

Calvin dedicated over 40 years of his life to operating a commercial cleaning business, where he was known for his hard work, dependability, and dedication to quality. Outside of work, he enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, spending time outdoors camping, cooking, fishing, and hunting.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Sandra Stevens; four sons: Jarrod (Nickie) Freed of Corunna, Matt Freed of Garrett, Dusty (Brea) Stevens of Kendallville, and Aaron (Laura) Stevens of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin; two brothers: Tim Stevens and Shane Stevens; 15 grandchildren: Alayna, Raistlyn, Laurana, Kytera, Isaac, Alexander, Samantha, Sylar, Hunter, Nova, Maverick, Alyvea, Calvin, and Owen; and five great-grandchildren: Holden, Jamisan, Jaxson, Olivia, and Adaline.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Emma Harter and Henry Stevens; three sisters: Rita Cox, Linda Coons, and Julie Voirol; and his granddaughter, Camryn.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date to honor Calvin’s memory.
