Bert Anthony Carlos IV, 58, of Butler, Indiana, died Monday, July 31, 2023 at his home. Bert was born October 19, 1964 in Columbus, Ohio. He is survived by his mother, Myra Carlos, (81yrs); daughter, Kristen Sparks (38yrs); grandchildren, Nicholas (18yrs), Samantha (17yrs), Morgan (14 yrs), and Alyssa (10yrs); and is also survived by cousins. He had some struggles in life but always stayed optimistic. He loved the sun and beach and just enjoyed living life. His family was most important to him and he was so funny, always telling jokes and making people laugh. His smile was contagious for sure!
