Anita B Bremer

 Anita B. Bremer, 81, of Auburn, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family.

Anita was born on July 17, 1942, in St. Joe, Indiana, the daughter of the late Robert and Anna Cook.

Anita was a 1960 graduate of Woodlan High School in Woodburn, Indiana.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Auburn.

Anita enjoyed gardening, sewing, and helping people in a time of need.

She is survived by her husband, Stanley Bremer, of Auburn; daughters and son-in-law, Carma Johnson, of Auburn, Julie Bremer, of Auburn and Susanne and Glenn Wilber, of Gilbert, South Carolina; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Alvin, and Bernard Cook.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Sept. 22, 2023, from 4-7 p.m., at Pinnington Funeral & Cremation Services 502 N. Main St., Auburn.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., with visitation one hour prior on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2023, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1801 N. Main St., Auburn.

The Rev. Jonathan Nack will be officiating.

Burial will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Auburn.

Memorial donations may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
