Amy Joy Sale, 55, of Auburn, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family and pets. Amy was born June 22, 1968 in Auburn. Amy was a wife, hairstylist, homemaker, and grammy. She is survived by her husband, Joe Sale of Auburn; children, Zachary (Sophia) Allen of Auburn, Amanda Sue of Auburn and Daniel Sale of Auburn; step-daughters, Sadie Sale of Canton, Ill and Shelbi Sale of Canton, Ill; grandchildren, Ryleigh Allen, Izabelle Walter and Althea Barker; father, Richard Simon of Pleasant Lake; sisters, Beth Sills of Pleasant Lake and Heather Frantom of Edon, Ohio; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lou Simon. A private service will be held. Memorial donations may be given in Amy’s name to DeKalb Humane Society or Community Humane Shelter of Steuben County.
