Vickie Carpenter

Vickie S. Carpenter, 69, of Auburn, died Monday October 15, 2018 at Laurels of DeKalb in Butler. Vickie was born July 4, 1949, a daughter of the late Melvin and Eugina Ankney. She is survived by three sons, Jimmy R. (Lisa) Carpenter, Jr., Joseph M. Carpenter and Todd A. (Jasmin) Carpenter; two daughters, Mary B. Norton  and Rebecca S. (Mitchel) Slone; two brothers, Charles Ankney and Mike Ankney; a sister, Phyllis Irelan; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy R, Carpenter, Sr.  A graveside funeral service will be held at  Noon  on Saturday October 27, 2018 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Auburn.
