Sue Strup

Sue Strup, 83, of Auburn, died Sunday August 26, 2018 at Betz Nursing Home. Sue was born September 3, 1934 in Auburn. Sue was a 1952 graduate of Auburn High School and had worked at Northern Indiana Fuel and Light of 38 ½ years. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Cathie and Jerry Crowl of Auburn; grandson, Nate (Ashleigh) Crowl of Garrett; great granddaughters, Ryleigh and Kenleigh Crowl of Garrett; brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Carol Zook of Howe; step-brother and sister-in-law, James and Jean Egan of Chattanooga, TN; She was preceded in death by a son, Jon C. Strup; mother, L. Dawn Egan; father, Paul D. Zook; and a sister Shirley Ann Zook. A funeral service for Sue will be held 1 pm Wednesday with visitation from 11-1 at Pinnington Funeral & Cremation Services 502 N. Main Street, Auburn. Rev. D.V. Dillinger will be officiating.  Burial will be held in Woodlawn Cemetery, Auburn. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
