David B. Albers, 61, of New Haven, died Friday September 27, 2019. David was born November 23, 1957 in Baltimore, Maryland. David had worked at the Allen County highway Department prior to his retirement. He is survived by two brothers, Todd and Kris Albers; a sister, Kim Zimmerman. He was preceded in death by his parents , Clifford Albers and Jacqueline Nagan.
