Earl Miller, 72, of Lost River, WV, died Sunday August 26, 2018 at Dekalb Health. He is survived by his partner, John Cinelli of Lost River, WV; brothers, Robert Elwood Miller Jr. of West Virginia and Eugene Townsend Miller of California. Private services will be held and entombment will be in Washington, D.C.
