Alex and staff are first rate. When I lost my wife of 54 years, I completely lost my focus and direction. With guidance from Alex and his personal efforts that went above and beyond what I had expected, I was able to provide a proper good bye to my wife and share the experience with so many of our friends and her family. I was able to concentrate on greeting those paying their respect because the Pinningtons had taken the burden of the details from me. I highly recommend Alex and his wonderful team. Five stars.

Alex and the staff at Pinnington's Funeral Home were so kind and respectful while planning my Mom's service. Alex was helpful and listened to all our concerns and was happy to do whatever needed done to help us at this difficult time. He truly took care of Mom and her family when we needed it the most. Our beloved Freddie Fred crossed the rainbow bridge on 1/13. I had done my research and read reviews and such to be sure our puppy was in the best of hands and taken care of respectfully. I wanted to reach back out to you because you went above and beyond. When my sister brought Fred to you, the importance to me being sure it was our boy we received back. You were so respectful and understanding by labeling him and everything else with an individual number. This was meaningful enough. The day my sister picked up our baby boy, the way you had candles and everything was so special and caring and respectful as it was for a human. I wanted to thank you for all you did in the hardest time of our lives and a complete understanding of how much our boy was our world and such respect was very appreciated. You were not only so thoughtful, caring but went above and beyond what we ever expected. THANK YOU!

Planning the funeral for my brother John was one of the hardest things my family will ever have to do, but Mr. Pinnington was incredibly helpful to all of us at this time. He put us at ease immediately, answered all of our questions, and made suggestions when they were needed. He listened to what we wanted, and never tried to "up sell" us. He let us know that my brother who was a veteran of the Marine Corps could be buried in the military cemetery in Marion. My family will be forever grateful to him for this. I highly recommend this Funeral Home, and even though I hope I won't need this type of service any time soon if the good Lord calls another member of my family, (or myself) we will definitely call on Mr. Pinnington again.
