Colleen K. Carper

Colleen K. Carper, 67, of Auburn, went to be with her lord and savior on Wednesday October 19th, 2016 at her home. Colleen was born June 30, 1949 in Garrett, the daughter of Harold and Cathleen Sebring. Colleen was a 1967 graduate of Garrett High School. She attended Butler Church of the Nazarene. Colleen had worked at Messenger Corporation for 43 years. Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Rickie Carper of Auburn; sister, Charlene Carper of Saint Joe; brother, Keith Sebring of Butler; step son, Chad Carper of Auburn; step daughter, Tonya Carper of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Joshua Houser of Butler, Zack Carper of Auburn, Nick Carper of Auburn and Brooke Carper of Auburn. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Candy Houser; parents, Harold and Cathleen Sebring; brother, Dave Sebring. Funeral service will be held Monday 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior at Pinnington Funeral & Cremation Services 502 N. Main Street, Auburn. Visitation will also be held on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Paul A. Patton will be officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Auburn. Memorial donations may be made to Butler Church of the Nazarene or DeKalb Health Home Care & Hospice.
